Limited Product Warranty
LunaSea provides a limited warranty for its portable chargers (Power Banks) for a period of twelve (12) months only from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is valid only during this 12-month period. Once the warranty period has expired, it automatically terminates, and no warranty coverage, repair, replacement, refund, or any other warranty-related remedy will be available unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by LunaSea in writing.
What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal and intended use, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware component malfunctions
- Battery or charging system failures caused by manufacturing defects
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged as a result of:
- Improper use, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the product instructions
- Drops, impacts, cracks, liquid damage, or exposure to extreme heat or cold
- Use of incompatible or uncertified charging cables, adapters, or accessories
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, modifications, or alterations
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality
Product Safety
LunaSea products include multiple built-in safety features, including protection against overcharging, overheating, overcurrent, and short circuits.
To ensure safe operation:
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Do not use the product if it has been dropped, damaged, or appears defective.
- Use only compatible charging cables and devices.
- Do not open, modify, or attempt to repair the product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LunaSea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to external devices, loss of data, loss of profits, or other financial losses arising from the use or inability to use the product.
LunaSea's sole obligation under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
In any event, LunaSea's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims must be submitted within the active twelve (12) month warranty period.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the product (if requested)
LunaSea reserves the right to inspect the product and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the reported issue is covered under this Limited Warranty.
Any warranty claim submitted after the expiration of the twelve (12) month warranty period will not be accepted, regardless of when the issue first appeared.
Important Notice
Portable chargers contain lithium-ion batteries. Improper handling or misuse may result in product damage, personal injury, or environmental hazards. Always follow the safety instructions provided with the product.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your country or state of residence.
